Focusing on Genetically Modified Organisms shouldn't be the problem- it should be the solution.

Degreed Microbiologist. Worked in an industrial microbiology laboratory for the past 3 1/2 years, only to quit to help found a independent research facility and community laboratory based in Austin, Texas. Currently acting as the Vice President, and am the main driver of business development and community outreach.

The depth and breadth of our biotechnological knowledge is expanding, as is depth and breadth of the implications underlying building a frontier that intersects man, microbe, and metabolic micro-mass production.

Microorganisms are responsible for the world that we live in, and the world that lives inside of us. They have set the foundations for the biogeochemical cycles of our environment, and we can utilize the knowledge gained, stand on the shoulders of giants, and whisper into their ears to take the next steps toward the future of metabolic engineering for a healthier future.
