JavaScript is the programming language of the Web and a great starting point in learning how to code. This intro course on JavaScript was created to give you an introduction to a few key concepts of web programming.

LEARN TO CODEFREE WORKSHOP MATERIAL

Lesson - Learn about JavaScript in relation to syntax, variables, functions, and conditions. 

Project - Put the lessons into practice by building a Rock, Paper, Scissors App.

Cameron Buckingham

Instructor, Galvanize
Cameron Buckingham was a graduate at Galvanize and now works for them as an instructor. He previously served in the United States Coast Guard and worked as a production manager for a DC startup, where he discovered his passion for code. After graduating from Galvanize, he worked in big data at American Express to support companies such as Uber and McDonald's to drive a quicker pay-with-points system still in use by customers today.
