Wondering how to have a high-scale, lasting, and sustainable social impact? Come hear stories from and get inspired by Austin social entrepreneurs, presented by CALSO's Tarmac TX accelerator program!

We will discuss how they have worked to find a business model allowing them to serve their target population as well as the challenges they faced / are facing on their way to self-sustainability and ways to overcome these. Panelists include entrepreneurs from Tarmac TX accelerator program, Zoe Schlag, Founder & Executive Director of UnLtd USA, which funds and supports individuals tackling social, environmental and civic problems, and Liz Deering, Founder & CEO of Haven, a community of women social entrepreneurs. PleaseRSVP here.

Tarmac TX is a 9-month free accelerator program that supports social entrepreneurs developing technology-based solutions to improve the lives of millions. It is an initiative of CALSO Community, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through workforce development and entrepreneurship programs. For more information about our program and the startups that we support, visit www.tarmactx.com and follow us on Twitter.

Austin Startup Week is supported in part by Capital FactoryTechstarsGalvanize, and Janik Vinnakota LLP. If you see someone from their teams, give them a hug and hi-five!
