Valeska is Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler and a member of the firm’s Tech Group, Capital Market Transactions Group and Life Sciences Group. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings (IPOs), venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance and risk management. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Valeska was in-house counsel at a late-stage biotechnology company in Palo Alto and worked in the finance and strategic marketing departments of AMD in Austin. She was also an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto and Latham & Watkins in Menlo Park. Valeska graduated from The University of Texas at Austin (Engineering Route to Business: Finance & Electrical Engineering) and Fordham School of Law.
